Quebec will also consider wider range of management duties such as HR, financial and material resources, whereas the Federal program only focuses on mamagement of people.  Amir Ismail & Associates (AIA) is authorized to deal in both the immigrant imvestor programs and we have sufficient experience in assisting our clients in selection of the most suitable program that best addresses their needs.
